- Deadline for Membership Fee Payment: December 16, 2016 (until midnight)
- Notification of Nominees and Delivery of Consent Form: December 17, 2016 (by Isha)
- Deadline for Nominee to withdraw his/her nomination that was accepted earlier: December 19, 2016 (by Isha)
- Post Final List of Nominees who accepted nominations: December 21, 2016
- Post Final Voter List: December 21, 2016
- ON-LINE VOTING OPENS: December 22, 2016 (12 PM) PLEASE NOTE: All voting is electronic ONLY; No paper ballot
- IN-PERSON VOTING ARRANGEMENTS:
- Voting at both locations Jumuah Prayer (Ogden & Olesen) as well as electronically December 23, 2016 (12 PM to 2:30 PM)
- Voting at Ogden Center Only: December 24, 2016 (1 PM to 2 PM)
- ON-LINE VOTING CLOSES: December 24, 2016 at 2 PM
- Ratification of Election Results: December 25, 2016
